Dock Slip Request

  • Active members have priority when park amenities are assigned.
  • Potential new members can request to be placed on a waitlist but will not be assigned an amenity until all member requests have been fulfilled.
  • For those not familiar with the operation of our park, most park amenities are assigned in April.
  • Dock Slip Fee – $550/year

Boat Shed/House Request

  • Active members have priority when park amenities are assigned.
  • Potential new members can request to be placed on a waitlist but will not be assigned an amenity until all member requests have been fulfilled.
  • For those not familiar with the operation of our park, most park amenities are assigned in April.
  • Fees:
    Boat House Single – $350/yr*
    Boat House Double – $615/yr*
    Boat Shed – $290/yr
    *plus additional utility fees
